Recipes Tongseng Tuna with Tofu
Ingredients
- 200 gram fillet tuna, cut into cubes, fried
- 5 tofu milk, cut into cubes and fried for a while
- 1 big tomato, boiled until smooth
- 2 big chili, slice
- 4 red onion, slice
- 3 garlic, mince
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp bouillon powder
- 1 tbs cornstarch, mix with 2 tbs water
- 1 tbs oil for stir
Step
Stir onion and garlic until withered, put chili and tomato then mix well. Put refined tomato and seasoning, then Tuna and Tofu, mix well, thicken sauce with cornstarch solution. Mix well and try to taste it. Cook until thicken and flavors mingle. Tongseng Tuna with Tofu ready to be served.
